Form 6 graduates, students completing Form 6, or applicants with equivalent qualifications.
Applicants aged 23 or above by the university's designated cutoff date may qualify for an exemption from the prerequisite education requirement. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.

Important Notes
- Non-permanent Hong Kong Identity Card holders should submit their Document of Identity for Visa Purposes with their application.
- Students must submit their graduation certificates on enrollment day. Students who cannot provide these certificates will be disqualified from admission.
- Once a student is successfully enrolled, tuition fees will remain unchanged within the normal duration of study.
- Tuition fees do not include books or other teaching materials.
- Except for the deposit, fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason, including application fees and duplicate payments. Deposit refund requests must be submitted by the applicable deadline. Please contact us for details.

Scholarship Eligibility & Fee Conditions
- Scholarships are available to international students only. Applicants from Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China are not eligible.
- The registration application fee of USD 9,000 is payable upon application.
- The registration fee cannot be deducted from tuition fees.
- If the scholarship application is unsuccessful, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
Please note: The USD 9,000 registration application fee relates to the international student scholarship application described above and is distinct from the HKD 500 application fee. Scholarship and subsidy awards are subject to approval.
